You get 1st position mortgage securing your money against the property.
You earn 2 points origination & 10% annual interest for the duration of time we have the money working. This results in 12% return for the year if we had your cash for the entire year. Â Many deals run just 4-6 months, so your annualized rate of return is actually higher than 12%
